Timothy A. Hayden, CPA

Tim is a Senior Vice President in the Administration department. In this role he coordinates all business-related aspects of Summit Strategies Group. In addition to overseeing the Administrative areas, he has responsibility for all financial reporting, the financial aspects of our client relationships., and assists with regulatory compliance. Tim works directly with the Managing Directors, running the firm on a daily basis. Tim is a CPA with a BSBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He has over 10 years of experience with a public accounting firm working with the auditing and tax aspects of not-for-profit organizations, public and private corporations and employee benefit plans. Outside of the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and travels.
Sally E. Harrawood
Assistant to the President
Firm Tenure: 21 years
Sally serves as Assistant to Summit Strategies Group’s President, coordinating the services provided to his clients and others, and contributing significantly to all client deliverables via her presentation skills. Sally is also responsible for communicating with prospective clients and completing Requests for Proposal, and remains deeply involved in the evolution and ongoing production of the firm’s quarterly client performance reports. In addition, Sally is a member of Summit’s group of shareholders. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, she spent five years at Ernst & Young as an executive assistant and graphics coordinator. Sally is a loyal, longtime Cardinals fan, and she attends as many games as possible every season. She and her son are active members of their Boy Scout troop, and enjoy camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
Noreen M. Cahill
Firm Tenure: 10 years
Noreen is an Executive Associate in the Administration department, and is Microsoft Office Certified. Her responsibilities include preparing client performance reports and other deliverables, and assisting Summit Strategies Group’s consultants and other professionals in all areas of client servicing. Noreen’s organizational and graphics skills have made her a particularly valuable addition to the team. Prior to joining Summit, she has corporate experience as an executive assistant, graphics coordinator, events planner, and sales/marketing coordinator. In her spare time Noreen enjoys spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks with her friends and family.

Michelle joined Summit Strategies Group’s administrative team in 2004. Prior to that, she spent several years with The St. Louis Trust Company maintaining the performance database and preparing client performance reports, and a total of ten years at Arthur Andersen. Michelle’s responsibilities at Summit include preparing client performance reports and other deliverables and assisting the firm’s consultants in all areas of client servicing. When away from work, she loves watching sports: Cardinals, Rams, Blues, college football, college basketball, and NASCAR racing and spending time with her family.
Christina P. Bouapha
Firm Tenure: 1 year
Christina joined Summit Strategies Group in 2012. Her responsibilities include supporting day to day operations by assisting the Sr. Vice President in Finance & Accounting with all aspects of accounting, human resources, and event coordination. Prior to joining Summit, Christina served as a human resources intern for Toyoda Gosei and Answers. Christina received her BSBA in Human Resource Management from Southeast Missouri State University where she served as the VP of Merit & Marketing for the university’s HR Redhawks organization. When not working, Christina enjoys traveling to the Pacific Northwest, eating ethnic food, and spending time outdoors.
